The end of 4th year

That means:
We are 4/5 a doctor (provided that we pass the end of year exams, which are just around the corner)
We are now expected to be able to manage most diseases commonly known to mankind.(Which is a bit worrying (Lau 2010))
ranging from
common cold to influenza,
TB to emphysema,
AMI to arrhythmia,
constipation to diarrhoea,
acne to melanoma,
vaginal atrophy to prostatic hyperplasia,
delirium to schizophrenia,
obesity to anorexia...

Haha...I also started to have grandiose delusions that I will be a good teacher to the 3rd year students...just because I know that it is the way it should be ^^
3rd year in Dandenong colorectal surgery, respiratory medicine in MMC next year etc...你们有福啦！
