CNY 2012

I haven't celebrated CNY for years. I think have to wait till next year to be able to do so at home.

We had a great catch up with the remaining us in the city before everyone goes back to work.

We have started work 1 week. We survived our 1st week. I am glad that I start in a small rural hospital with great support from doctors and very experienced and capable nurses. Furthermore I get free accommodation and 3 meals provided throughout my rotation.

Came back to Melbourne this weekend to have reunion dinner with Daniel and his family. And we went on a shopping spree :D we bought an XBOX kinect, a multifunction laser printer, a computer screen, an oven and a tv program recorder for his dad. More to go next week :p

I am on the train back to Bairnsdale now. Listening to MyFM on my phone, I feel not too far away from home :)
