Problem Based Learning 简称PBL，是我们学习的一种方式。我们一组九人，一本PBL guidebook，一个tutor，一个星期两次，每次两小时。Tutor的用途说是说要来确定我们学习对的东西，确定我们往对的方向走。我们会针对guidebook里的case，决定要做什么task,每个人选各自的task回家做，然后下一次meeting时就present。
看起来好好的，应该没什么大问题。
今天，两个小时，我们原本是要present splenomegaly/lymphadenopathy...
结果，一开始，
tutor开始讲他的拐杖的来源...
然后演变成讲在家里妈妈用什么来打我们...
讲着讲着spleen的anatomy
"1 inch x 3 inches x 5 inches, 7 ounces, situated between the 9th rib and 11th rib"
然后tutor开始讲centimeter是法国人始创的故事...
在某人present task一半时，
tutor突然间想起African hunting dogs（it was something like they have a layer of muscle surrounding the spleen which can contract and squeeze blood into the circulation when they are about to run and hunt their preys...）
唉...

and this was all before/during my task...first one! imagine what the rest of the PBL was like T_T
哈哈，他的确是有点老，而且还是英国佬...整天讲他想当年的故事...搞到PBL很漫长又但不是很productive...
